All Make Believe was originally recorded in 2007 but the album remained unreleased for many years but now it is finally available here on the Gregory Page discography. 

The album cover was painted by Gregory's longtime artist friend Mark Rimland.

Mark was one of the autistic savants with whom Dustin Hoffman worked with in preparing for his role as an autistic savant in the Academy Award winning film Rain Man.
